- Deliveries will only be accepted between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
- Due to our ongoing commitment to Health & Safety we must make you aware that our working yard "Goods In and Out" areas are also pedestrian zones.
- As we cannot expect lorry drivers to wait while your consignment is checked and quantified, all consigment notes will be signed by a member of LTTS' staff and marked as "unchecked". In the instance where there is a shortfall in stock volumes, or concerns over stock condition, your Customer Account Manager will inform you as soon as possible.
- All goods will be held for two working days before being released for processing (subject to individual contractual agreement) for quality control checks and procedures.
