IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO ALL TOURIST INFORMATION CENTRES

During 2009 we experienced unprecedented demand for leaflet deliveries to TIC's and TIP's, this was exacerbated by many requests for very small quantities and/or multiple orders within a short period of time.

Whilst we were able to fulfil all orders for this free service, there were some delays which we are looking to avoid during the 2010 season.

To streamline the current operating system and reduce our carbon footprint, whilst ensuring regular deliveries are maintained, the following procedure will now be applied for all TIC's/TIP's within East Anglia.

For all centres outside this area deliveries will be made via Parcelforce as is currently the case. In East Anglia the following schedule will apply:

Norfolk deliveries - Week 1 & 3 each month
Suffolk deliveries - Week 2 each month
Essex deliveries - Week 2 each month
Cambridgeshire - Week 4 each month
Lincolnshire - Week 4 each month

It is therefore important that sufficient quantities are ordered in good time to ensure you receive your delivery during the allocated period - we would advise you order at least 3 days prior to your delivery period.
