Andrew Hird
Managing Director
Andrew completed a successful MBO of Leisure Target in 2005. Since then he has focussed his efforts on modernising and developing the company, making significant investment in new premises, vehicles and IT systems to provide a platform for further growth.
In his leisure time Andrew enjoys walking, golf and cooking.

Karen Hird
HR and Resources Director
Karen Hird is responsible for the administrative, facilities management and human resources activities of the Company. She joined LTTS in 1999 to look after TIC/TIP distribution and in addition to her other responsibilities, manages the production of all major client proposals.
Karen loves yoga and walking.

David Flowerdew
Operations Director
David handles all operational aspects of the business from warehousing and logistics to finance. He joined LTTS in 2008 and brings substantial large company experience in all aspects of general management including a period spent at RoyScot as Sales Director.
Proud owner of a John Deere ride-on tractor, 3 dogs and several ducks, David also enjoys DIY and golf.

Phil Segon
Sales Director
Phil originally started in sales management at LTTS around 12 years ago, and now directs the entire sales operation of the company.
Phil - proud father of Lilly Jane - is a member of a professional musical duo (keyboards and drums) known as Semibreve, and peforms live several times each week.

Jane Goodley
Office Manager
Jane is the Office Manager and does her best to keep things on track! She has extensive experience in office management and administration.
In her spare time Jane enjoys horse riding and together with her partner Paul, has three children and four dogs. |

Mike Allen
LID Manager
Norfolk born and bred, Mike - our Local Intensive Distribution Manager - enjoys travelling - especially in the West Country, and family life – he has two grown up children and two grandchildren - the youngest is only 10 weeks old – but making music is his main hobby.

I'm in charge really and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. My human colleague Andrew likes to pass himself off as the MD but he'd be nothing without me...and as for the rest of them well, all I can say is that it's a good job I'm here keeping an eye on things. |
