Andrew completed a successful MBO of Leisure Target in 2005. Since then he has focussed his efforts on modernising and developing the company, making significant investment in new premises, vehicles and IT systems to provide a platform for further growth.

In his leisure time Andrew enjoys walking, golf and cooking.

Karen Hird is responsible for the administrative, facilities management and human resources activities of the Company. She joined LTTS in 1999 to look after TIC/TIP distribution and in addition to her other responsibilities, manages the production of all major client proposals.

Karen loves yoga and walking.

David handles all operational aspects of the business from warehousing and logistics to finance. He joined LTTS in 2008 and brings substantial large company experience in all aspects of general management including a period spent at RoyScot as Sales Director.

Proud owner of a John Deere ride-on tractor, 3 dogs and several ducks, David also enjoys DIY and golf.

Phil originally started in sales management at LTTS around 10 years ago, but now he's involved in all aspects of the day to day operations, one minute talking with customers, the next driving a forklift truck!

Phil is a member of a professional musical duo (keyboards and drums) known as Semibreve, and peforms live several times each week.

Jane is the Office Manager and does her best to keep things on track! She has extensive experience in office management and administration.

In her spare time Jane enjoys horse riding and together with her partner Paul, has three children and four dogs.

Maria is our part time Finance Manager who gets to do all the exciting (and very essential stuff) like invoicing, payroll - which makes her very popular - posting purchase invoices, paying suppliers, bank reconciliations, VAT returns….

In her spare time Maria is a time keeper for 4x4 comp safari racing.

I'm in charge really and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. My human colleague Andrew likes to pass himself off as the MD but he'd be nothing without me...and as for the rest of them well, all I can say is that it's a good job I'm here keeping an eye on things.
