We operate a nationwide distribution system that ensures your publication is only delivered when and where it is wanted and in the quantities requested. We are proactive in seeking those requests by telephone calling and incorporate 'end of season' telephone research to give you the information you need about take up and unused stocks.

How It Works

• You determine your target area, maximum delivery quantities and month of delivery.
• We forward a voucher copy of your publication.
• Within 7 days we proactively call TICs (plus TIPs and libraries if required) to generate demand for your publication and quantities with a built in minimum.
• TICs and TIPs can order your publications by fax or using the Order Publications page on this website.
• You deliver your publication into our warehousing and we arrange packaging and a once only distribution with a covering note from yourself - top-ups can be arranged by agreement.
• We provide a report showing your distribution in detail.
• At the end of the season or at a pre-determined time, we will telephone research a selection of Tourist Information Centres selected by the client.
• We provide you with a final report showing usage and analysing research.

Costs

• No initial charge for voucher mailing and telephone canvassing.
• Fixed charge of £375 per season.
